It was a super tasty salad. Really yummy. Drew a lot of "Wow, that looks like a good salad!" comments.
By the way, I finished it up with a peice a promotion ceremony cake afterwards. You win some, you lose some!
Lately, I've been having some amazing salads. Hard boiled egg, green pepper strips, red onion, spinach, arugula, chopped nuts, carrots, chickpeas, and basically anything I can mix together (meatless, though). I then top it with a lemon-pepper-balsamic vinaigrette. Yum. ...Yum.
